Project Coordinator
The Job:
The successful candidate will be the client's primary administrator and coordinator, focusing on marketing programs and member support.Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage logistics for trade shows and events; handle correspondence with event producers
- Welcome new members and handle renewals
- Respond to member questions and requests
- Assist in producing collateral, presentations, member recruitment and other marketing materials
- Coordinate technology demonstrations
Qualifications:
- Three years of Administrative or Account/Project/Program Coordinator experience in PR/Marketing/High-Tech/Consulting environment; Meeting planning experience a plus
- Outstanding writing and communications ability, particularly in terms of customer service
- Bachelor's (B.A./B.S.) degree required
- Experience working with multiple cultures across all time zones a plus
- Flexibility to work independently, with limited supervision, and as a team player
- Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Office Suite; HTML and Web development experience a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Detail-oriented self starter, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills
