    Lotus Development
    Journalist

    Education:

B.A., Colby College; M.S., Boston University

    Favorite client story:

It has to be the national PR award we won for Best Trade Association PR Program of the Year. We beat out the National Cattleman’s Beef Association for top honors. You can guess what they were promoting and bet that they had a better and larger budget than we had to do it.

    Important life lesson:

It pays to hire the best people you can find — even if you don’t think you need their talents today.

National Parents Organization, a 501(c)(3) advocacy organization, Board Member

A single top movie is a tough one, but my top 10 list still includes “2001: A Space Odyssey”
It’s a slog, but James Joyce’s “Ulysses” is a masterpiece.
A good beef tenderloin generally hits the spot; that or lobster.

To this day, we still receive referrals for new business from WSI members due to the relationships that I formed during the eight years of working with them.
