We are currently seeking a  self-motivated, focused PCI Executive Assistant/Corporate Secretary to provide day-to-day leadership for  one of our client organizations.

 


 

PCI Executive Assistant/Corporate Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling  conference calls and  face to face  meetings for organization’s Executive Committee, Board of Advisors and  supporting committees;
  • Sending  invitations and tracking attendance for all meetings;
  • Preparing  advance materials for all meetings;
  • Taking  minutes on all calls and managing approval process;
  • Tracking  and following up on all action items;
  • Managing  meeting logistics, including on-site meeting preparation, conference call  scheduling, etc.
  • Managing  communications between meetings for all groups;
  • Managing online document repository for all corporate  documents

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and  abilities:

  • 5-7  years experience working with senior-level executives;
  • Bachelor’s  degree or equivalent;
  • Strong  written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience  working in multi-national organization;
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically 15%  of the time.
